CFS at times acts as an originator, correspondent, or at times, as a broker ourselves.
We have established relationships with various lending institutions. We do not "shop" loans, nor do we enter loans into any type of electronic database looking for a match.
When presented with a transaction scenario, we can tell you whether the loan can be closed, along with likely rate and terms.
