With over 4,000 churches funded, over $2 billion dollars loaned, our team is equipped to partner with you. We operate under the guidance of the Holy Spirit in everything we do.

We are distinctive from a secular lender in that interest paid is not lost to the world, but invested in Kingdom purposes providing income to charitable trust funds, world missions and thousands of other ministries! (Parable of the talents, Matthew 25:14-30). 

Our loan is non-recourse. That means neither the pastor, nor a trustee group, is liable for the mortgage. It doesn't show up on anyone's credit report

Loan features include:

• Up to 30 year amortization and up to 20 year term (20 year term means you don't need to refinance every 5 years!); 
• closing costs, including amounts for appraisal, survey, title, attorney, origination are usually rolled into the loan amount allowing a church to close a loan with no money expended out of pocket (other then the nominal application fee)
• Loan amounts from $100,000 and up;
• capital campaign management. (A capital campaign is NOT a fundraiser. It is a program designed to encourage stewardship on the part of the congregation to take ownership in the facility). If we conduct the capital campaign, funds may be advanced at the outset in anticipation of the amount raised!
