Equipment and Second Mortgages
CFS now offers lease financing for church equipment and second mortgages up to $100,000.
Your church must have been in existance for at least three years and must be doing well financially.
Please contact us for details (this program is not affiliated with our church mortgage program (below) which has been suspended). Please note that none of the particulars of the church program apply to this program!
Due to the credit "crisis", our church lending has been suspeneded indefinitely
WE LEND IN ALL 50 STATES!
Loan amounts less than $500,000 are only being granted at 50% loan to value. The reason for this is the precipitous fall in real estate values. In addition, we are looking at the location of your church to determine if it's in a "distressed" area.
Loan amounts above $500,000 are being granted at up to 75% LTV
We're different than other lenders.
CFS is blessed to assist churches in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ by providing financing to His churches. We operate under the guidance of the Holy Spirit in everything we do.
Our loan is non-recourse. That means neither the pastor, nor a trustee group, is liable for the mortgage. It doesn't show up on anyone's credit report.
