Because we make so many loans, we must have an efficient and stream lined process to close these loans. Typically, we can close 3-4 weeks after approval.
A complete loan application will include:
- a completed application; (click to download)
- 3 years of income/expense statements;
- 3 years of balance sheets;
- a year to date income/expense statement;
- a current balance sheet;
- a resume on the head pastor;
- photos, inside and out;
- a budget, including the proposed mortgage;
- a broker's opinion, or appraisal upon which we can place a value (if you have an old appraisal, we will use the value thereon for initial consideration).
